Purchased new Hyundai Tucson

I purchased my vehicle through the Costco Auto Program. Chelsey Mullin is their Internet Director with whom I dealt. She provided superior service and went well beyond that - including helping me with my cell phone to be able to use the Tuscon's cool features. Rick Walker is the Customer Relations Manager there and he performed our walkthrough to inform/teach us about the features of my new car. He also provided excellent service spending over an hour review the product features of our vehicle and provided many tips regarding the car. NOTE regarding rating of overall dealership - I have gone to this dealership for the 3 years I've lived her for my Tuscon that I traded in. Their service department provides excellent service.

THE ONLY PLACE TO BUY A NEW HYUNDAI

We have purchased three new vehicles from the dealership since 2014 because they offer the best deals and service. Our most recent purchase is a 2019 Santa Fe SUV which replaces the 2014 Azera and the 2016 Accent. The service department is outstanding and we can't say enough good things about our favorite Service Advisor, Bryan Zasloff. We know our vehicle will get the correct service when he takes care of us. Our recent purchase was handled by Joesph Jacoby, the Internet Sales Mgr. He really worked hard to get us the best possible deal on our trade-ins and the new Santa Fe. Ricky Walker made the gransition to the new vehicle seamless and easy. He should teach a class about all of the great things that come with your new vehicle.

Best in the West!

After transitioning from my Audi A4 to a Sonata lease and going 3 years without any mechanical issues, I knew that Hyundai would continue to be my next car. Come car #3, the Genesis. The guys at Centennial Hyundai really took car of me, and this was my quickest negotiation yet. Sure it helped that another customer clipped my sonata in the parking lot during my negotiating but it was meant to be! It was fate that it was time for this affordable upgrade. Purhase of a new car.

Our experience last week purchasing a new car was by far the most pleasant experience we've ever had doing this. Nick Taylor was our salesman and did a great job of determining exactly what we were looking for, found the car at another location, went & picked it up and even followed us home to get copies of 2 documents so that we didn't have to go back to the dealer the following morning with them. Niko Rommo was our finance guy and he also did a great job in spending a lot of time going through all the options of both a lease & purchase of this car. He was very thorough in explaining everything to us. Working with Niko was such a pleasure - something we were never able to say about the previous finance people we worked with. We have previously leased 2 vehicles from this location so Rick Walker is no stranger to us and as always he is the epitome of customer service. He is very patient explaining all the features of the car, gets our cell phones hooked up, etc. and never makes us feel like the challenged electronic/computer seniors that we are. We have always gone back with questions for him and he has never not had time to help us out. He is the biggest asset Centennial Hyundai has.

I have wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe for many, many years. My husband finally looked at all the ratings and decided it was a good SUV after all. So we decided a few days before Christmas to just stop by to look and then go to dinner. We had no plans at all to buy a 2019 Santa Fe XL Limited Ultimate that night. We had the best experience with Shawn Allen. I would recommend him to everybody. He was the best and most caring salesman of any I have ever dealt with. Needless to say we walked out of the dealership that night with my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. I love it. We took it in to Rick a few days later so he could go over all the bells and whistles. He was fantastic too. I am very, very happy and would highly recommend Centennial Hyundai to everyone. And the best part is my husband loves it too!

Far from your everyday dealership!!!!

We went to several other dealerships and were pressured -- one of them in particular being Volkswagen. ( If you go there, take a spare key , because they keep your keys while they high pressure you and jerk you around while you sit there for 45 minutes. Also are very rude when you ask for your keys)........ Finally we went to Centennial Hyundai....A world of difference!!!! Just wanted to help us find the right car, and they did!!!! From the moment I drove up to this dealership on a Saturday morning- I felt welcome and not overwhelmed. Which means a lot to us "regular folks". I would have to add that the main reason why I felt at ease was because of the person that approached me was so down to earth. Best dealership in NW

I visited many dealerships trying to find my next car. I stayed pretty much local to my area. Some actually had a good selection of vehicles that I was interested in, but many did not even come close to knowing what there was in inventory. I'm sorry, but if you work somewhere, you have only one type of commodity for sale, it isn't rocket science. When dealing with Jesse "James" Edwards, it was like I found a lost relative. He knew his inventory, how cars come equipped (including competitors) and was able to talk with me and my wife in a wonderful familiar way. My wife was especially impressed with his professionalism and she wouldn't allow me to deal with anyone else. The only reason for 4 stars is that it took to long to negotiate an agreeable deal.

I ended up paying more than I had hoped for, but felt I got a good deal on the car. Knocked off a star for exceeding what I said was the max I was willing to pay the car. How to sell an Automobile!

First of all DO Not descend on the customer like a pack of wolves, and answer their questions in an informative and courteous manner not in a condescending tone. The dealership of Centennial Hyundai was a prime example of how to treat customers, as if they were family! We felt comfortable and was happy we found the vehicle that suited our needs and pocketbook without any pressure from either the salesman or manager. Our salesperson was very helpful in this regard and most impressed in the fact he addressed us by our name on our second visit to the dealership...now that's a sales person, how many other salesman can do that? Great experience - Genesis

I decided to lease a Genesis and the overall experience at this dealership was awesome. Dominic fairly negotiated with me and treated me with respect. He and the finance manager even brought the car and paperwork to me the night before Thanksgiving and followed up with me after Thabksgiving to make sure everything was going well. Rick went over all of the features of the car and helped me set up my phone, seats, gate opening etc. Highly recommend them, much different than my past experiences even at Lexus and Mercedes!

Santa Fe - 2017

We knew what car we wanted and were thrilled to get the exact one we were looking for. I felt there was a lot of confusion and wasted time between our salesman and management. Our salesman was great but the finance guy seemed annoyed and didn't really feel like explaining things or was frustrated when I asked questions. When I asked him about the registration being included he responded, "Really, you are going to worry about that..." I guess I should have stuck to it but alas they had made us wait and wait. I feel bad for Brandon, our sales rep cause he did a great job and is very nice and polite. Another thing it felt like I was at a frat party with a bunch of middle aged men playing with a taser. Thank God the car is worth it. Rick the old guy that did the walk through was awesome too. Very thorough

Mr Walker was very helpful in setting up my wife's cell phone, Blue Link set-up and describing the operation of most of the various features on the G80. He appeared very knowledgeable. He followed up in the next few days to ensure all was working well and to address any of our questions. Our young female salesperson was very courteous and friendly. I am sorry I can't remember her name. In hindsight, a savvy car customer should have walked out on the deal on more than one instance. After having happily owned a Genesis rSpec for four years, my desire to get the G80 fogged my judgement which allowed high speed sales techniques to win the day. Unfortunately, after the experience (except for Ricky Walker), I felt the need to take a bath!

I worked with Lawrence and Michael for the sales portion of my car buying experience. They were helpful and anything they didn't know they went and found an answer for. Rick was the person that sales manager and I felt that there could have been more clarification when it initially came to the interest rate and monthly payment. Joe was my finance guy and he was great he explained about the warranties and told me what i did and didn't need for my car when it came to expended warranty type products. He was the best and the finance and signing of papers only took about 25 minutes and I felt he explained everything really really well.

Everyone was very nice. Only issue was trade in price. Not good a lot of back & forth. That took up much of the time. Car had loose molding on sides that was spotted in taking posession of car. Was noted by Rick. Returned to dealership a week later to get fix. All is good now,

They were informed cordial and I had a marvelous experience. Rick was a great teacher.
